Processing Time

All PowerFem pieces are handmade and made to order.

• Processing time is typically 1–5 business days before shipment.

• Custom orders or complex designs may require additional time.

• Processing time does not include shipping time.


If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

 


 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using third-party shipping carriers selected at checkout.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

• Customers choose their preferred shipping method and speed

• We do not offer free shipping unless stated otherwise


PowerFem does not control the shipping carrier, transit time, or delivery schedule once the package has been shipped.

 


 

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

For international orders:

• Delivery times vary by destination

• Customs processing times are outside of our control

• Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country

Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.

 


 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

 


 

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

PowerFem is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or missing:

• Please contact the shipping carrier directly

• We will gladly assist by providing tracking details if needed

 


 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

• Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Packages returned due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
