Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

All PowerFem items are made to order and handcrafted, often customized by size, color, or design details.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds on custom or made-to-order items.

Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us before placing your order if you have any questions. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.

 

Condition of Items

Due to the nature of our products as wearable art pieces, items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • issues related to fit, styling preference, or personal taste

  • minor variations in texture, color tone, or finish that occur naturally in handmade work

These characteristics are part of the artistic and handcrafted nature of each piece.

 

Damages & Manufacturing Defects

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Damage caused by wear, improper handling, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as each item is created specifically for the client.

If you would like a new piece, a separate order must be placed.

 

Shipping Issues (Lost or Delayed Packages)

PowerFem is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If a shipping issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

 

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

European Union Customers

In accordance with EU regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom or made-to-order items.
