Domestic & International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
For international orders:
• Delivery times vary by destination
• Customs processing times are outside of our control
• Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country
Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
PowerFem is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing:
• Please contact the shipping carrier directly
• We will gladly assist by providing tracking details if needed
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
* Handle carefully to preserve the painted surface and sculptural form
* Avoid scratches, pressure, or sharp objects
* Do not drop on hard surfaces
* Store in a dust bag or protective packaging when not in use
* Clean gently with a soft dry microfiber cloth only
* Avoid water, chemicals, direct heat, and prolonged sun exposure
Due to the handmade sculptural and painting process, slight variations and natural surface details are considered part of the artistic character of the piece.
